Olá meninas, hoje vou falar dessa panqueca que serve como pizza.<br />

Se for como panqueca faça na frigideira e recheie a gosto. Se for como pizza, faça na frigideira, retire recheie e coloque no forno alto para derreter o queijo (se tiver) fica muito gostosinha.<br />

Colocar todos os ingredientes num pote ou prato, misturar, na frigideira colocar 1 gota de azeite e limpar o excesso com papel toalha, colocar na frigideira quente, quando der uns furinhos na massa comece a desgrudar com espátula e vire a massa, espere dourar o outro lado e está pronta.<br />
